The Dry House, Exeter

The existing 15th century wool-drying shed, though Grade II listed, was in a state of almost terminal disrepair. The conversion work to provide office facilities for a housing charity involved a virtual rebuild while preserving important structural elements and even ancient artefacts such as nails which had been part of the original purpose of the building.
